Permit to work system.

Inspect the work place and identify the hazards involved in the task and clear it from work place.

Conducting Pre-Tools box meeting before every job start and make sure everyone should understand the plan and their roles on the task.

Check the physical fitness of employee who are committed to work.

Barricade the work place and display sign board around the work place.

Ensure adequate ventilation and sufficient lightning are provided.

Ensure all the confined space entry should display gas free chart and inspected by safety officers sign.

Ensure all confined space entry and exit should maintain a record by stand by watch man and follow up buddy system along with walkie talkie and torch light.

Prepare the good and sound materials for the task.

Inspect the PPE, Hand tools, Materials and equipment’s.

Ensure the safe working procedures are followed and all safety gears are on.

Provide strong safety supervision with the relevant information instruction and training to ensure competence in our workforce.

Provide marine scaffolding with knowledge and skills to erect, add, alter, maintain and dismantle various types of marine metal scaffolds are as per PE drawing.

oversee and co-ordinate cost effective scaffold system for all projects and maintain a safe, clean and tidy work area

Ensure all the scaffolding platforms entries are display Tag ( Safe or Unsafe)

Scaffold inspection and to certify the usability of the scaffold system and to advise and plan for rectification measures.

Inspection of scaffolding tags on weekly basis.

Maintain records for all scaffolding platform’s inspections.

Site visit & Inspection on employees PPE, hand tools, Materials and equipment’s in the job site to ensure proper Safety procedures are following as per client's satisfaction.

Maintain daily records of Safe & unsafe act.

Preparation of job safety and hazard identification.

Attend job progress meeting and Safety Co-ordination meeting with Safety officer. Before leaving the job site. Ensure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety barrier tape.

Have an understanding of the health and safety regulations to ensure marine scaffolding meet required safety standards and regulatory compliance in jobs assigned.

Weekly Safety briefing meeting and discussion regarding safe and unsafe act.

Explain the safe work act and precaution to avoid unsafe act.

Instruct all employees to maintain a good communication on work place.

Instruct to all employee to stop the job immediately if any hazards involved in the job or any unsafe act in their team and prepare safe working plan before they re-start the task.

Instruct and train all employees how to first aid during an emergency.

Instruct and train all employees how to follow during an emergency drill.

Instruct all employees to maintain good housekeeping during work and completion of the work.

Procedure in the jobsite and preventive steps to avoid recurrence.

Monitoring permits of job site and verifying the requirements of permits.

Inspection of deep excavation and proper use of PPE during work in deep excavation.

Maintain good housekeeping all time at work place.

Check the validity of permits at site on daily basis.

Regular maintenance of a wide range of safety equipment’s and Materials.

Maintain records of lifting equipment’s and scaffolds Materials.

Maintain Daily Progress Report.

Always remember the company’s policy, which is to target zero incidents work place.

Carry out surprise checks on site to determine effectiveness and adequacy of system for safety.

Carry out the site survey to see that safe work methods are in operation.

Communicate all the safe and unsafe activity with management to identify a good and safe working employee for upgrade.
