Directed warehouse and production functions for 2 high-profile business lines at this manufacturer of military safety products. Supervised a staff of 9. Administered budgets up to $1.5M.

Responsible for distribution of materials to shop floor, in the Aramid and Polycarbonate Reclaim areas.

Planned and implemented production and shipping. Directed order picking, inventory control, raw materials forecasting and scheduling, warehouse stocking, and productivity.

Worked closely with Quality, Purchasing, and other departments. Estimated staff and work hours.

Coordinated up to 4 incoming shipments per day and several outgoing shipments.

Oversaw the grinding of optical scrap and managed sales, invoicing, production, staffing, and traffic support.

Led the regrinding of Aramid fabrics for industrial brake manufacturers. Selected Accomplishments:

Maintained a 99% fill rate and met or exceeded all goals for production yield, delivery times, and accuracy.
