Professional Experience:
QA Software Test Analyst and Customer Support Manager
I began my most recent job in February 2017 as a part time QA Software Analyst as well as a Customer Support Manager at Digital Dream Forge. Here I worked across a menagerie of technical platforms from different computers to various types of phones and tablets where I test apps and handle customer care. My daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Identifying and documenting bugs in an orderly way through reports.
Addressing found issues on typed records for review.
Assessing application functionality on a variety of both mobile devices and computers.
