Professional Experience:

QA Software Test Analyst and Customer Support Manager

I began my most recent job in February 2017 as a part time QA Software Analyst as well as a Customer Support Manager at Digital Dream Forge. Here I worked across a menagerie of technical platforms from different computers to various types of phones and tablets where I test apps and handle customer care. My daily tasks include but are not limited to:

Identifying and documenting bugs in an orderly way through reports.

Addressing found issues on typed records for review.

Assessing application functionality on a variety of both mobile devices and computers.

Working closely with clients to resolve problems.

Addressing customer complaints and concerns.

Working both in teams and independently depending on project requirements.

Educational Background:

Earned high school diploma from The Metropolitan Arts Institute in 2013 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Video Game Art and Design at The Art Institute of Phoenix, in 2016.
