VP Business Integration – Truven Health Analytics – Chicago, IL March 2014 to February 2016 A $600M global provider of healthcare databases, data analytics, data interoperability technology, data warehousing solutions, advisory services, and big data benchmarking solutions to hospitals & health systems, health plans & insurers, state governments, and the US federal government. Truven is a significant leader in the US market with 2500 employees world-wide.

Responsible for establishing the business integration function for Truven to support expansion strategy. Primary function is to manage the acquisition process for targeted acquisitions and large scale organizational transformation.

Key Achievements:

Led integration of Hospital and Clinician business units to establish the Provider business unit, the largest business unit within Truven. Responsible for organizational structure, talent appointment process and incentive programs to support the merger of sales organizations. Newly combined organization launched in January 2015.
