To whom it may concern
I am interested in the Nurse Practitioner at your office in providing primary care.
I graduated in May with my MSN, APN degree at Felician University, Lodi, NJ. I graduated from New Jersey City University with my BSN in 2011, from Christ Hospital School of Nursing, Jersey City, NJ in 2009 with my Diploma in nursing and from Hudson County Community College, Jersey City, NJ in 2009, which was a dual program.
In my clinical experience I have provided primary care to patients across the life span including pediatric, women’s health, adult and older adult population which took place during my clinical rotations. The services provided included assessment, diagnosis, planning and educating patients as appropriate and managing chronic conditions.
I am a professional with proven expertise in higher education and prior experience in primary care during my clinical rotation. In my current position I work as a staff nurse in the Adult inpatient unit. I also work in an agency that provides wellness programs, which is a seasonal position.
I believe that my knowledge, experience and professionalism would serve me well at your institution. Thank you for your consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Samantha Singh, RN, MSN, FNP, BC
