I am looking to forward my education in the Solar Industry and to continue to learn and gain knowledge about solar and how it can change the world.

Profile

I have two years of experience in Solar Field from Basic Installer, to Lead Installer, and then to the Foreman Position. I am capable to run a full installation crew performing at a high level. I have completed numerous installations on residential homes and learned to perform electrical work (some of which working in a hot panel), under the guidance of a licensed journeyman. I am a quick learner and have proven my ability to learn new systems and how they work within a reasonable amount of time to complete successful installations.

Sunrun - Foreman: November 2016- June 2017: Being able to supervise a group of people on the job site to meet my demands and complete the tasks presented. Reviewing the complete job to make certain the job is complete and done with great quality. Completing documented paper work, filing paper work, and submitting files to the office. Being competent and confident enough to take on difficult tasks. Demonstrating how to perform tasks to new employees in an organized training class. Maintaining a positive mindset throughout the day to ensure morale is high on the crew. Finding the most effective way to complete the task at hand. Performing some electrical work under a certified journeyman. Following a strictly OSHA rules and complying accordingly, also making sure the crew does the same. goal. Communication with my crew, talking to customers throughout the job to ensure great

customer service, being a leader on the roof as a lead installer, and supplying my crew with

tools and everything they need to perform well was the main focus of this position. Also taking

leadership of the crew and setting a standard for others to follow.

Sunrun –Installer: December 2015- May 2016: Adapting to new environments daily. Learning

new skills, techniques, and methods to complete a job quicker. Constant communication to

foreman, lead, and other workers. Listening skills, reading skills, technical and problem solving

skills.

Kohl’s Department -Store Associate: July 2013-2015: Working in an

environment with all types of products, maintain knowledge of the
