Digital Marketing Platform application is the part of the MGM Resorts International using which you can reserve a room, show or restaurant in different properties.

Digital Marketing Platform is the overarching program comprising of multiple projects for improving marketing tools, infrastructure and processes for various channels at MGM Resorts International (MGMRI). The high level scope of DMP as it stands today comprises of the following:

1) Create a foundation for Adobe Experience Management products comprising of Enterprise Digital Asset Management (EDAM) and Web Content Management (WCM).

2) Redesign of the Property websites to provide an opulent and a unified web experience matching the corporate marketing template for all property sites using the Adobe Experience Manager and the Mlife.com architecture.

3) Enhance Mlife.com booking engine or New Booking Engine to meet the ecommerce requirements.

Responsibilities:

ONSITE:

*Gathered business requirements, study the application and collect the required information from developers, and business.

* Perform Cross browser testing on Chrome, IE and Firefox.

* Used Jenkins for nightly build execution and sending status mail if build fails to QA team.

* Develop Selenium scripts in TestNG for parameterization using Data Provider annotation.

* Assign tasks to other QA team members, submitted weekly Status reports reporting the bug metrics.

Also if any non-registered user is interested in registering with MGM, it can be done through ICE.

Innovative Customer Experience (ICE) is a reservation system designed for the MGM Resorts Corporate Contact Center and Casino Marketing departments. Rooms, Shows and Restaurant reservations may now all be booked using one system. ICE will also allow agents to enroll M life Customers during the reservation process.
