I have two associate degrees from ICC (2002, Associate in Arts and Science; 2011, Associate in Applied Science, Library Technical Assistant), and I attended, but did not graduate from, Illinois State University (2002-2003; studied speech pathology/audiology/special education, then pre-law), and the University of Maine at Augusta (online; 2008-2011 and 2012-2013; studied library science).

Certifications: 1 from AHIMA (Certified Coding Associate- Apprentice); I re-took several times, but did not pass, the AAPC CPC test, and I have taken a few times, but have not yet passed the AAPC CIC and COC tests. I am going to be tutored by the next month, and will re-take those tests at that point.

Work Experience: From 2005 to 2009, I worked weekends at the Pekin Domino's Pizza (Ron Englebrecht,

manager, and Jeremiah Schuster, supervisor, 309-***-****). I worked at Jumer's Castle Lodge

Restaurant for two months as a busboy during high school. I was a candidate for a job at the Washington

Wal-Mart as an automobile technician.

Volunteer Experience: I volunteered from April 2012 until the fall of 2016 at the Abraham Lincoln

Presidential Library and Museum (Jeremy Carrell, Volunteer Services, 217-***-****). During high

school, I volunteered at Pekin Hospital in the Medical-Surgical Recovery Floor.
