Manufacturing Engineer/Designer:

As a Manufacturing Engineer my responsibilities were to assist in the selection of some components used in the manufacturing of gas and oil equipment such as Fracs, Blenders and Hydration Units, as well as Grout Pumps and Charge Pumps Skids. As a Designer my responsibilities were to design many mounts for hydraulic components, motors, pumps, engines, valves, tubs, paddles, and pipe routings; the program used was Inventor.

As an Applications Engineer my responsibility was to conduct data readings on a varied of OEM equipment to evaluate the performance of the engines which the machine was equipped with; this readings according to temperature differential and pressure

Surefire Industries 2011-2013

Designer:

The responsibilities as a Designer, focused by working directly with project engineers and also with fabrication personnel, and as a tem decide the type of material to be use in the cutting, welding, shaping of mounting brackets for the different application parts according to specifications considering weight and size for the manufacturing of units like Frac Pumps, Blenders, Coil Tubing and Hydration; equipment use in the gas and oil field. Each units required a set of prints including hydraulic layouts.

Responsibilities: Inspect equipment for the best operable conditions, perform preventive maintenance and the upkeep of all type of tools used for each task, also included the replacement of high power motors and hydraulic pumps…(Temporary Position)
