Cavium Corporation (QLogic)(April 2012 to Present)

Joined QLogic (now Cavium) to setup a new organization within Qlogic to support a matrix management structure. Established the role for 3 different engineering disciplines and provided focus to the hardware and ASIC development, test and characterization group.

ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER (Director Level)

Responsible for collaborating with customers, development partners and internal marketing teams to ensure products are completed within the required timelines and meet client satisfaction & quality requirements.

Managed over 64 development projects simultaneously from design to characterization and test, using exceptional time management skills to prioritize urgent requirements and adhere to tight timeframes.

Oversaw extensive design process improvement project, which reduced broad spin count by 85% and reduced Time to Market (TTM) by over 48%.

Founded the company to perform short-term signal integrity analysis expertise to a variety of companies requiring short term support for services. Key customers included: ARM, Xilinx, Toshiba, Solarflare, LSI and Astute Networks.

Wavecrest was a small startup (<200 employees) that provided instrument solutions to the semiconductor ATE market space. I joined to grow the company beyond the manufacturing test solution marketspace.
