In Santiago Chile, Smartcom Telecommunications, as the Senior IT Strategist, led a six (6)-member team for one of the largest telecom (CLEC) in Chile. Managed and delivered the communications of the conceptual and logical processes of the business transformation. Assessment included identification of revenue and cost drivers, identification of risk and gaps in the organization's infrastructure, and services. In Brazil – Rio De Janerio, South America, served as the senior solution architect for a $ 15 billion CLEC, Telemar Holding Company. Managed a team of seven (7), supervised the execution of the strategy and processes of a new business service provider company.
