Responsibilities:
Continuous monitoring and calibration of general laboratory instruments including PH meters, analytical balances, centrifuges, stability chambers, incubators, conductivity meters, monitoring systems, and thermometers.
Laboratory knowledge includes the working experience of DNA extraction (both manual and commercial kit method, PCR, Gel electrophoresis (both PAGE and Agarose), DNA Sequencing Methodology, Bioinformatics’ tools etc., RNA Extraction and Cell culture techniques.
Performing tests on chemical specimens and samples of tissue, fluids or other biological material in order to detect or diagnose illness, understanding chemical composition and altering the sample to detect anomalies.
