Modis June **, ****

Dear Sir or Ms,

Please consider this application for Chemical Process Engineer in response to your advertisement. I have worked previously at HEI Inc. first as Senior Process Engineer then as Quality Manager. I began my career in 1982 as Process Engineer with Allied Signal manufacturing avionics equipment (PCBs) for systems such as radar altimeters, autopilots, collision avoidance systems and color weather Radar.

At HEI Inc I was the Lead engineer responsible for plant lay out, process design, equipment specification, installation and start-up of conveyor chemical spray equipment and complex immersion tank processes. We operated processes such as Direct Metalization of epoxy and polyimide substrates with colloidal carbon and palladium. Electroless copper, electroless nickel and a complicated proprietary electroless gold process, which selectively metalized with .999% pure gold deposited only on the catalyzed features down to .002 inches, operated daily. I was the primary contact for all quality related customer interface. I supervised the final inspection department and wet analytical laboratories frequently filling in to operate electrical test equipment, perform titrations, AA spectroscopy, Automatic Optical Inspection, X-ray Floresence, Plasma etch-back and prepare metallurgical microscopy microsections.

I was forced to leave my position as Quality Manager in 2006 due to a severe Mack truck/ bicycle (me) accident which left me in coma and hospitalized 45 days during which time I failed to submit my Unpaid Time Off paperwork. The publically traded company was forced to enforce their published employment policy. I decided at that time I could afford early retirement which turned out to not be the case.

Since then Manpower found me a position with Freescale on the 7th floor cleanroom photoimaging microchips. I have worked a variety of Temporary Services jobs with Allied Forces, Solutions Staffing, Lyneer Staffing and General Labor mostly Security, Guest/ Customer Services, flagging, outbound telemarketing and manual labor.

At Professional Event Management (Pro EM) as a Customer Service Rep. responsibilities were primarily as Security Guard also parking direction and ID check for a variety of events such as ASU sports, spring training professional baseball (Giants, Cubs), Cave Creek Rodeo and many events at Mesa Arts Center routinely controlling unruly guests and reconciling disagreements.

You may contact my former supervisor at Waldo Inn & Suites, Kevin Kirschke at 352-***-**** or former co-worker from Coates Group Company, Melanie Ferencz 480-***-**** for reference. I am available immediately and you may contact me at 480-***-****, email ***************@*****.***. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Arthur Tupper
