Makes summary entries of documents and proceedings on the electronic docket for survivor victims. Supports regional recovery operations during a crisis incident or disaster. Determines required and available resources for the regional recovery mission, as well as future resources, to support regional recovery priorities. Provides technical information in the full range of Individual Assistance programs and coordinates with stakeholders. Performs technical writing functions, requiring substantive knowledge of the various functional areas of emergency management. Reviews survivor requirements with the Individual Assistance program during the response and recovery phase. Serves as a regional functional specialist and provides expertise on the FEMA programs during regional recovery operations during a crisis incident, or disaster. Understanding Disaster Survivor Assistance (DSA) policies and procedures to socialize DSA concepts, build partnerships with internal program offices and Tribal/State/Local partners, and communicate recommended courses of action.
