Work Experience:

Operations Specialist - Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), San Ramon, CA (May 2017 – Present) Asked to return to PG&E to support the Electric Distribution Line of Business with Phase II (Report Review developed by NorthStar) of the Safety Order of Instituting Investigation (OII) from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Responsible for tracking and reviewing assignments to evaluate PG&E’s response to NorthStar. Work with PG&E subject matter experts to review and assess the Report recommendations for impacts, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Apply the OII recommendations, findings, and conclusions to the Implementation Assessment and Safety Improvement plans. Create a detailed tracking log of safety initiatives including work/project categorizations and roles and responsibility matrix with step-by-step instructions and accounting details for the implementation and improvement plans.

Project Specialist - ExteNet Systems, San Ramon, CA (February 2017 - May 2017) Temporary support for two Telecom Distributed Network Project Managers (PM). Organized and coordinated all stages of project activities for multiple cellular and wireless service provider (WSP) clients. Completed and submitted node permitting applications per SFMTA and CPUC requirements accurately and on time. Ensured PM client needs were met so they can provide small cell service installation in the most effective and efficient manner. Participated in multiple project development calls and meetings to discuss project schedules and adjust forecast timeliness. As a member of the Electric Regulatory Compliance Team, collected, reviewed, and ensured subject matter expert responses were thorough, professional, and consistent with company regulations. Identified and suggested solutions for regulatory tasks and audit requests. Assisted with CPUC internal audits by preparing status reports and updates for senior leadership summarizing safety and regulatory submissions to the CPUC.
