Preparation of Material Submittal, Method Statement, Project Schedule, BOQ and

planning.

To plan the job as per the project schedule approved drawings and to ensure optimum

utilization of resources.

To execute the work as planned and to complete it in time with best Quality.

To raise the WIR after the proper accomplishment of works in the site.

To accompany the QA/QC Engineer & Consultant at the time of inspection.

To Co-ordinate with the contractors, consultants, clients and architect.

To submit the documents/reports & attend periodic meetings to review the project

status & targets and to ensure that the safety rules and regulations are communicated

to the workforce and are fully enforced.

Preparation of cost comparison for all major and take management approval.

Preparing As built drawing for the entire system.

Preparing monthly invoice, quantity breakdown, variation claims and Submitting

progress status reports periodically.

Preparing the QCDD Documents to get the approval from Civil Defense and

attending the Civil Defense inspection.

To understand and apply the project contract to the execution of the work.

To have the knowledge of NFPA Codes, Standards and Local Civil defense.

Preparation of manpower utilization schedule and Equipment selection.

Coordinate with sub-contractor for work progress.

Leading a team of site engineers and supervisors for the timely execution of the

project.

Attending Consultant meetings regarding the material submittals and inspection.

Reporting to Operation Manager about the progress and material requirement.

Controlling the manpower and material by close monitoring.

Conducting the Testing & commissioning for the system.
