•Tellabs took my idea and created script files which brought the whole field to a 50% time savings.
•I saved the client a $9,000 installation fee by redesigning 2 bays of equipment within the network so the installers didn’t have to re-wire 2 bays of DSX panels saving the client 2 weeks of delay time.
•I saved another client several weeks of work when they lost a hard drive to a system that was manufactured discontinued and could not find a replacement.
I was sent to the site to Test & Accept 4 shelves of T1 equipment on a Saturday, which I got it done in one night, so the customer could reconnect their lost traffic. I was called out to fly to a customer’s site on January 2, 2011 to take care of a serious trouble call our client was having. I resolved it that night and my manager was very pleased.
