$500,000 to $14 million range, as well as multiple repair projects under $100,000. Projects included interior finish upgrades, roofing, asbestos and lead remediation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and paving.
• Negotiated and issued Design, Design/Build, Job Order Contract (JOC), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Construction Management (CM), CM-at-Risk, Single Prime and Multiple Prime contracts.
• Provided guidance and direction in the development of the National 2007 USPS Standard Design Criteria, as one of eight nationwide members of the Cost Reduction Initiative Committee appointed by the Vice President of Facilities.
