I achieved effective communication by initiating communication platforms and templates to establish fluent organizational need of information, horizontal and chain-of-command. I customized departmental communication needs and implemented efficient communication techniques. I analyzed the need to communicate and presented communication plans and templates to be used and implemented based on future needs.

I analyzed and evaluated effectiveness of program operations throughout entire department. Specifically, I analyzed every project management process area with respect to budget, schedule of operations, resource allocation, procurement/risk/communication management and quality. I achieved efficiency in communicating essential information to relevant parties when needed to make decisions; presentation software used clarified the trend and aided in cost saving of 25% of additional services proved to be unnecessary for the project.
