Description:
Real Time Edits is a web based portal designed for clients to contact and interact with their specialists who support multiple platforms. The gateway connects client with operator and collaborators to share a screen for purpose of editing documents on a QTA basis, clarification of mark-up or collaboration on design.
This RTE Application has functionality for chat, voice overIP and webcam. RTE Allows for edits to documents in multiple applications PPT, EXCEL, WORD,ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE PRODUCTS. Client will review the document through RTE and OK in real time Collaboration with designers for conceptualization. Client can upload / share a document in RTE

Project #2 : Real
Description:
Implementation Management System application serves as the Global Project Management tool and a Master Tracking System for sales pipelines running into implementation(s) for RRD. The application covers the request and implementation aspects of a prospective implementation opportunity.
This solution will integrate all players of the Active Project Team: management, sales leads, delivery heads and the support team heads. Each user accesses a personalized application with the functions he/she has permissions to use based on the role(s) the user belongs to such as Admin, Requester, Operations Support, Reviewers (Operations, Facilities, Finance, IT and HR), Project Manager and View Only.
When a new Implementation prospect arises the Requester creates his own account on IMS to input his request. Request is submitted on IMS and goes to Operations Support for initial screening. In the Process of Operations Support approving the request for review, Operations Support will designate the sequence for review between Operations, Facilities, IT, Finance and HR. Once all review groups have completed their review on IMS, the decision is summarized and submitted by Operations support.
