Manager of Technical Operations Manager:

As the Technical Operations Manager I was responsible for all field service activities from Carlsbad, New Mexico to Seminole, Texas Plant upgrades, rebuilds, and head end.

The first order of business was the successful launch of VOIP services to just under 100,000.00 subscribers from Seminole Texas to Carlsbad, NM and the surrounding territories, this consisted of the sweep proof and balancing of all nodes for the VOIP digital cable TV, high-speed broadband Internet and digital voice services. My role is to work with the Regional VP and Director of Technical Operations to maintain and further develop a high-performance, customer-focused organization by enhancing local, technical and organizational capabilities. In addition to actively manage operational and capital costs thus ensuring the organization provides a superior service.

While managing these projects completed over 3,000mi of fiber placement, 1,100 mi of node plus one design, 4,800 mi of upgrade and along with well over 1,500mi of underground construction, and the sweep and proof of entire project. Upon completion I was selected to head up installation start up in which I was the sale liaison which negotiated the project in Maryland in which the customer was Comcast this was to be a 100 truck operation and associated administrative staff. We exceeded expectations by having the best Metrics while a business partner of Comcast 2 years running.
