Extensive experience in all phases of a project’s life cycle, from concept to closeout. Very high proficiencies in acquisition and development, project kick-off, research, design and construction management, project document production, budgeting and project finance, material specifications, systems design, value engineering, change analysis, site supervision, quality control (QA/QC), marketing, and post-construction forensic evaluations.

Solid education and professional accreditation background, with prior qualification as a Class “A” General Contractor in the State of Florida (without restrictions); OSHA and Cal OSHA certifications; Turner School of Project Management course completion, including various certificates for completion of building envelope, facility evaluation, LEED, Title 24, and energy seminars. Experienced with LEED evaluations and LEAN construction methods.

Strong ability to absorb and process project data, acquire and implement regulatory, zoning and building requirements and codes, as well as identify beneficial legal alternatives and resolutions, and implement corrective measures in order to stay on schedule and budget.

Proven leadership within team-oriented environments, with the cooperative mindset to address and reconcile any challenge in order to best meet the project’s goals, budget, deadlines and stakeholder requirements.

Substantial knowledge of interior and industrial design, including materials and methods, as well as cross-functional experience in the areas of decorative arts, historical period styles, antiques, and décor.
