Ensured planning for long lead time materials (PCBs, controllers, memory) and that material was available at the manufacturing site for initial production ramp following qualification.

Ensured material availability to meet production requirements of volume, mix, and delivery to customer.

Transferred production of Philips Internet TV from Five Rivers Electronic Innovations in Greeneville, TN to Flextronics International in Guadalajara, Mexico and Philips Personal TV from SCI in San Jose, CA to SCI in Monterrey, Mexico.

Successfully launched new versions of Philips Internet TV: MAT965 (Classic) and MAT972 (Plus).

Successfully launched initial versions of Philips Personal TV: HDR112 (14 Hour) and HDR312 (30 Hour).

Coordinated transfer of manufacturing responsibility for Personal TV from TiVo to Philips.

Coordinated transfer of AOL, DirecTV, and MediaOne set top box production from Hasselt, Belgium to Mexico.
