B.TECH Project

Planning and designing of Sports Complex

Project Description:

This project comprised of the design and estimate of a typical building and a gallery in the site. The plot area was 3.85 acres. For preparing site plan & contour plan we conducted chain survey & levelling. From this we developed Master plan and F.P of building with the help of KBR(Kerala Building Rules)

& NBC(National Building Code). Analysis of structural members was done by using moment distribution & Kann’s method and STAAD software. Limit state method was used in structural design of members. Estimation & 3D view of building was also prepared using 3D max.
