Product approval and Lab operation
oConduct entire product approval process and generate product approval report with depth analysis.
oConduct product performance testing as per I.S.O standards and structural testing as per whirlpool standards during the various stages of product development.
oDevelopment of customer centric specification based on field failures to improve quality.
oDevelopment of test plan agreement for major and minor projects.
oUse of COV & DOE methodology for improving testing accuracy & development of new products.

Idea to implement electronic control (user interference) instead of a thermostat in 200L and 215L DC refrigerator.
oOptimization of PU (reduction): 185, 190, 200, 215, 245 and 280L models for 3, 4 and 5 star products. Reduction of 50 g in cabinet and door which will reduce the product cost by Rs14/product. Work as a thermodynamic lab engineer and Product Approval, also supportive role as a sealed system design engineer to achieve the product performance requirement.
oReducing the condenser wire thickness by 0.3mm: 185, 190, 200, 215, 245 and 280L models for 3, 4 and 5 star products which will reduce the product cost by Rs14/product.
