Management Analyst (Innovative Management Strategists)(Federal Contractor for Military Commissions Defense Organization) July 2016 – March 2017

Created, verified and processed travel orders and travel claims for Military Commissions Defense Organization personnel. Processed and obtained travel/country clearances for foreign travel as well as Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Provided direct support to Victims Witnesses Family Members who were affected by the personnel on trial in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Branch Head/Administrative Officer (Office of Military Commissions) March 2008 – August 2013 Highly skilled Administrator/Branch Head whose analytical and customer service skills provided total force manpower presentation to the Convening Authority and Senior leadership in direct support of the trials for unlawful enemy combatants that are being held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

§ Interfaced and coordinated with multiple joint services agencies to address and resolve manpower shortfall resulting in attaining proper manning levels to effectively execute the Secretary of Defense’s #1 legal priority.

§ Created, documented and executed administrative standard operating procedures allowing for precise communication of all administrative needs to the Convening Authority, a Senior Executive Service (SES), and Senior Leadership. Personally responsible for the administrative needs and direct administrative support of over 750 military and civilian personnel spread throughout the DC Metro area and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
