There are shade cutting machine,

One is automatic and second is manual. I operate both the machines.

Before starting to cut the shade we have to check work order. We check the size and what kind the fabric is needed. We check fabric after cutting and measuring height, width, horizontal and vertical sides. Some time machine did not cut square exactly as has to be, I fix it and after this I pass to other machine. Where they make spline.

Responsible for product cleaning the sheeter,bailing the waste, making sure the measurements of the pads and rolls, wettable or non wettable product,packing product on sheeter and running rolls on winder, labeling the product, scanning the product and scratch wrap the product making sure that the work place is clean. Before switching the shifts, moving the products with the fork trucks when needed. Get promoted and become.

Work at SPC Brady as a machine operator/forklift driver, I use to run Pelletizer machine,my job was to take all the scraps and Recycle into Pelletizer and make Repro to use the product back into the extruder lines .I did weekly maintenance on the machine plus report all the issue to my supervisor. I Drove forklift to bring all the waste from the line and then took all the produce Repro in Bin with help of forklift.in weekend for extra hours I use to drive forklift to move the Finish product to shipping. I had qualified forklift license at SPC Corporation.

Responsible for processing of plastic extrusion product using SPC/QA and sop recipes.

Final product acceptance based on pad or roll weight, caliper, softness, creating wettability or absorbency, to quality specifications.,

Responsible for maintaining extruder .spinnerets and packing equipment for maximum production.

Production operator 2009 to 2011 (10:30$)

Total responsibility of quality control for two extruder products and quality assurance. Take sample every two hours changing the grades, running the extruder, changing the spinneret, changing the screen packs, setting up the coverstock, changing the coverstock, setting up the air air knife for frame products, shutting down the extruder and restarting the extruder. Make sure whatever is made on line is the right product and pack in the right box or bag. Get promoted and become production supervisor.
