Desktop Support Specialist II – County of Orange SAIC, INC., Santa Ana, CA, February 2014 – March 2017.

Since February 2014 until now worked for SAIC at County of Orange Data Center supporting 2000 users on daily basis.

Collaborated with Project Manager in planning, creating all PCs/Laptops Core Images, configuring, installing, and implementing new desktop migration; created and restored images using Clonezila, and Acronis. Recognized and awarded for excellent customer service.

Projects implemented: Very recently in January 2017 ran an end to end project upgrading 1000 users from MS- Office 2010 to MS-Office 365 (2016) including MS-Visio, and MS-Project. 50% pushed Office MSI file and 50% manual installation from shared sever. The project was a great success.

Project for MobileIron implementation: SME for county MobileIron implementation. My primary responsibilities were to implement all iPhones, iPad, and Android devices for entire county approximately 6/7 thousand mobile device users. Primary responsibility to add, configure, delete, troubleshoot all devices including for County Executives users.

Implemented 15 PC deployment projects: Have run at least 15 PC deployment projects for the County of Orange from end to end. All 15 PCs deployment projects, was responsible for creating core image from the scratch. Captured core image with CloneZilla and exported core image to all new PCs and Laptops. Finally deployed all PCs/Laptop to end users. There were bit process to back up and restore user profiles from old PCs to new PCs often using Widows Easy Transfer. I have run various other small projects like deployment of network printer. Provided RDP access for County and Overseas contract programmers by creating and activating FOB (token) for TSC (Terminal Server Connection) Also used to manage, troubleshoot, and resolved all FOB connectivity issues.

Provided onsite and phone support to end-users, expediting resolutions to desktop and server hardware/software issues in Windows XP/ Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008, 2012 environment; upgraded user software as needed.
