Sa les Responsibilities were to take blue prints from contractors, architects, and Individual home builder's, and put into the Mitek computer program. Other programs used are Woode, from Louisiana Pacific. Used to engineer floor trusses, and beams used to support the floor or roof systems. Simpson Strong Tie, for metal support and hold down information for Hurricanes. And Autocad, for reading blue prints directly from the comp- uter. Also for presentation, and to make the truss layout part of the final

set of blue prints. Using these tools I was able to frequently find faults and errors, that would save the customer, and the company money.

AS senior estimator I receive all the most difficult jobs to build. I have Designed everything from small residential homes, to large commercial Buildings and condominiums. Due to spending special attention to detail And public relations, I was able to build a large clientele of contractors And referrals who would only work with me. Other aspects of the job con- sisted of field work at the jobsite, measurements, and trouble shooting.
