● A operator performs multiple tasks inside the plant, the process starts at the sandblaster machine, where the cylinders are vented, identified which gases are inside (Flammable, Non flammable) then they are blasted to strip off all old paint, rust, corrosion, after that process the cylinders are taken to the devaluing machine, where customer orders are placed the orders determine, how many cylinders, what type of gases, valves to be placed in cylinders, the next step is to take all cylinders to the pack area where the cylinders will be placed on pallets, checked for leaks. I make a final inspection then the orders are released to the fill plant.
