OPPORTUNITY: Fourth person hired into the North American (NA) headquarters. Played key role in development of operations and influenced decisions on managing growth and process improvements as office grew from four to 26 employees and sales exploded accounting for 40% of all SLM machines sold worldwide. Handle all financial transactions, customer service and project management.

PROJECTS & RESULTS:

Transformed expense reporting process as company grew; introduced and implemented system (Tallie) that provided greater flexibility for sales and service engineers in updating and requesting expense reimbursements; reduced processing time by one day per month.
