Corporate Trainer (Contract) • McKesson Jan 2017 – Feb 2017
Partner with executive leadership and pharmaceutical client to develop training that meets all regulatory and client guidelines; facilitate training to new hire employees to service all insurance related processes including benefit investigation, prior authorization, and proof of income verification within all HIIPA compliance guidelines. Work closely with operations team members to document policy and procedure documents to align with client requirements and HIIPA.

Partnered with executive leadership to coordinate, manage and execute small to large-scale operational projects. Led all aspects of projects from initial inception through completion, managing project teams of up to 25, consisting of primarily EVPs, to ensure attainment of goals and expectations. Worked closely with stakeholders, executive leadership and all functional areas, providing status updates on project progress and results; delivered projects on-time and within budget.
Led project for restructuring training/onboarding program; implemented a blended learning program that decreased the process time by 2-weeks and cut training costs by $4K per new hire. Won a Presidents Plate Award for efforts and was awarded a $5K bonus for cost efficiencies.
Managed a $500K project for integrating a new intranet system that allowed employees to write and/or review training documents simultaneously; reduced approval process by 4-weeks and improved regulatory compliance.
Created a database for storing all training documents and tracking the approval trail; data stored for 10-years.
