Ascertain recruitment sent by the Foreign Employers.
Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies, review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required.
Provide assistance to all applicants during final interview of the employers, and sometimes act as an interpreter.
Supervise the hiring process needed by the foreign client.
Align job candidate profiles by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
Directly coordinating with the foreign employers thru email.
Keeping all records and process travel documents of all hired workers and continuous coordinating to them ensuring all requirements are met.
Participate in recruiting events.
