I began employment as a teenager in a family owned high-end residential development and construction firm. During this tenure successfully generated $28 million of new business, primarily in the Senior Living sector. Assisted as liaison between project developers, investors and lending institutions.

Other duties included coordination with design team, cost control/monitoring, subcontractor negotiations and management. Total project staff management and field operations. To assure successful completion of multiple projects in several states, up to eight states at one time. I served as liaison between project developers and their related investors and lending institutions and tenants.

Assisted owners and developers in all phases, from project concept planning through completion. Including; site selection and analysis, real estate negotiations, project proformas, due diligence and institutional financing.

Developed and implemented comprehensive operational procedures suited to total construction management responsibilities for multiple projects. This included Total Quality Management, MBO (management by objective) systems, cost control, project team and client communications resulting in increased project performance and profitability for all parties.
