Job Description:

Taking off quantities as per IFC drawings coordinating architectural and structural drawings.

Read the all contract documents including specifications and tender circulars in order to obtain grade of steel and accessories and protective treatment required for steel structure.

Preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Prepare quotation based on estimated value which clearly mentions specifications, notes, exclusions, payment terms & delivery period.

Send the quotation to client along with BOQ, technical data sheet and comply statement.

Prepare variations.

Prepare work order budget (material procurement planning).

Co-ordinate with various departments such as design, planning, procurement, QA QC, production and projects.

Follow ERP system.
