Terminal Manager Southern Oregon break bulk facility for Reddaway a YRCW subsidiary. July 2016 – current. Responsible for P&L, safety and compliance and aspects of a large distribution center.
General Operations Manager / City Manager Pico Rivera – Jan 2014 – June 2016 Manage large city pick up and delivery operation in the Los Angeles Basin. P&L responsibility for City operation cost and equipment. Responsible for Safety and compliance for facility.
Line Haul Operations Manager: November 2011 – December 2013: Responsible for P&L and responsible for Safety and compliance for southern California relay operation.
Night General Operations Manager: September 2010 – November 2011
Responsible for all aspects of a Distribution Center. I lead and developed a team of four shift operation managers and twenty supervisors who ran a dock operation of fifty to sixty people 24/7. I was responsible for safety, profitability through productivity, load factor, and retention of people in a very physically demanding job. Also responsible for safety and compliance.
Shift Operations Manager – December 2007 – September 2010. I was in charge of developing a team of four supervisors who ran our dock operation.
Line Haul Coordinator and supervisor December 2005 – November 2007
Coordinated the basin with 150 drivers. 12 hour shifts / 4 days a week.
Service Coordinator for the Southern California Break Bulk area January 2003 – November 2005. Responsible for on time service of all guaranteed products in and out of the Southern California Break Bulk area.
Customer Care Manager for the Southern California Break Bulk area November 2001 – December 2002. In charge of customer relations and service for the Southern California Break Bulk. I was also in charge of ensuring that my clerks achieved their up sale and productivity goals.
Product manager for Western Express, Three day air, and Time Critical. Jan 1998 – October 2001, I was in charge of ensuring 98 percent on time service for all of these products in the Southern California Region.
