Produced deliverables related to membership, trending, and analysis; compliance reports; and high priority objectives for Senior Executive management and the government’s Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) dept.

Worked on the highly visible reporting and data analysis for the company's Medicare Business Operations.

Created ad hoc reports utilizing T-SQL.

Used my proficiency in SSIS to automate the loading of large & heterogeneous datasets with error handling.

Involved in a major Behavioral Health system conversion of the Tier Workflow System from Oracle database to Microsoft SQL Server. Reviewed and validated the vendor’s database schema. Created scores of reports ranging in medium to highly complexity using Oracle SQL*Plus and Microsoft T- SQL in the backend and Crystal reports/ Reporting services in the frontend. Interacted with end users to provide support and gathered report specs.

Worked closely with the Web Team on the analyses, design and development of web enabled database applications. In many cases responsible for the conversion of the legacy data from old applications to SQL Server. Created reports to for end users using SSRS.

Involved in a major project to replicate a terabyte of data from a Tandem system to Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 for reporting. Used Oracle Golden Gate and wrote dozen of Golden Gate scripts to facilitate this requirement; setup a clustered Active/Passive node for the VLDB. Created clustered and non-clustered indexes on every table, created indexed views, created multiple filegroups spanning separate hard disk spindles, used table partitioning across those filegroups. Created dozen of stored procedures and reports and deployed to the SSRS site.

Used SSIS to ETL large volumes of data from heterogeneous data sources to create a data mart for the Orthopedic Department, using a variety of control flows & transformation tasks.
