Duties:

I am responsible for investigating and closing possible dishonest associates on a daily and weekly basis. Apprehend any and all shoplifters and process their information on company case site (LPMS). I am also responsible for partnering with local Law Enforcement on all extensive shoplifting situations that require prosecution. Communicate information that may cause potential shortages to the company. Partner with store management and develop action plans for shortage issues. Train and coach Loss Prevention team as well as all sales floor associates on I.D. verification and fraudulent currency. Verify and research any cash shortages and overages within the store. Create work schedule for LP store coverage. Responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly goals on external apprehensions as well as dishonest associate interviews. Respond to medical emergencies and maintain CCTV observation of the scene. I am responsible for safety hazards within the property and building security.
