Role: I am currently working with testing support team which is responsible for preparing test environments for various bank and credit card domain projects. I am also responsible for running the batches and automate the existing manual processes in the team. Responsibilities handled:

• As a Senior Systems Analyst, I am responsible for resolution of any issues on time by involving/coordinating the appropriating teams, investigating defects and assigning to appropriate teams, resolving batch run and environment issues in their assigned environments.

• I am also responsible for refresh and port initiation & coordination, & validation. Review and approve EIS, coordinate any installation issues for resolution. Weekend support of projects upon request and approval.

• I am responsible for design, development, unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, Final implementation and production assurance/ESQM region support in Discover Financial Services in Production Assurance region using COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS. Allstate also offers retirement and investment products and banking services.

Role: The main focus of Intake Management System Analysts is to supervise the compliance issues with Allstate onshore and offshore developers. I was responsible for analyzing a defect and fill out the complete information related to a defect on centralized database (CARS). This information is referred by audit developers to create audit programs to fetch impacted policies (SQL Queries), by current term correction developers to create the COBOL-IMS programs to correct the current term identified broken policies and by refund developers to create refund program (COBOL-IMS program) in order to refund the overcharged customers for prior term.

Responsibilities handled:

• Manage client visits and presentations

• Ensure that compliance issues are completed well before the Corporate Compliance Deadlines.

• Interacting with the business to gather requirements.

• Provide BA/SME support to client captives.

• Coordinate with client captive in optimization of their processes.

1) Compliance Action Corrective Team – The main focus of this team is the Client Compliance Issues wherein we are required to identify broken customer policies. Team deals with creation of Audit programs using SAP architecture (Streamlined audit process – COBOL/DB2 Code, JCL used for report creation) to identify these policies and create Z-transaction (COBOL/IMS Code) and refund modules

(COBOL/IMS Code to carry out the correction process. Role: I was managing a team of 14 people across 3 different geographies. The team started as staff augmentation to support the client team.
