Lead verification and improvement of processes through analysis of the test results, FMEA and cost of quality studies

Perform internal Root cause analysis and draft corrective action reports

Analyze Non-conformance and Quality data to establish trends and opportunities for improvement

Conduct internal Quality Audits to meet ISO and internal quality requirement

Conduct quality analysis based on defect rates of raw material casting suppliers to improve the casting quality

Respond to and support IOS/TS 16949 Audit and QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS Recertification

Establish inspection guide lines and Work standards for New product line (Honda) and perform quality inspections to meet Customer Shipment timing

Conduct HYUNDAI & KIA Supplier Quality Mark verification evaluation

Respond to Customer Field Claims by analyzing/confirming part failure and proposing countermeasure

Establish and Revise work standards of Raw material cutting lines, Paint lines, and Plating-Zinc conversion coating lines
