Electrical/Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: Maintaining aluminum bar casting line and machiney for finished product through mechanical & controls improvements. PLC systems include Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley. Responsibility includes developing and maintaining the buildings maintenance budget.. Equipment predictive maintenance and improvements via kaizen that include electrical and mechanical improvements. Support of main facility in electrical controls troubleshooting and improvements. Supported the installation of a new casting line in the main facility and their furnaces. Maintain electrical prints using Autocad software.

Upgrading all existing plant electrical prints to Autocad. Directed the implementation & installation of all electrical power, & controls for several process lines. Direct the training requirements of maintenance personnel in the area of arc flash. Electrical management of the new process lines used to reintroduce material on existing duct tape lines.
