Amenity and club construction manager 2013 - present

- Project manager/Owner Rep, reporting to Sr. VP and CEO for the site development, program development & design, and construction of all town centers and club houses, entry features, guardhouses and other site amenities for all WCI properties. Currently managing approximately 15 separate amenity projects in various stages of construction and design. Values range from $1million to $25 million.

Homes-Management – Owner

Property management / home remodels 2011 - 2012

- In charge of property management for multiple properties in SW Florida; HOA control and advisement, residential construction management and home / estate management.

- Remodel of residential homes with values varying from $250k - $10million.

Devpro, Inc., Naples, FL Oct. 2007–2010

Vice President -Construction Management/Operations

- I controlled overall company construction operations, from working with consultants, to ensuring proper invoicing to negotiating contracts, and managing staff and a large sub-contractor base. This included estimating/budgeting and cost control, as well as entitlements and construction and project management for all of the company’s projects. In addition to overall building project management for resort style communities and others, I managed the design and consultant team, as well as on-site construction of projects from raw land to completion.

- I was responsible for all project management, hiring of all sub-contractors and consultants, project estimating, budget control, scheduling, leading overall design, permitting and installation, assisting in project marketing & Sales, and the acquisition and due-diligence of additional land and/or projects.

Sr. Project Construction Manager

-I managed and lead the project team for overall Construction Project Management, budgeting, and cost control, of a 2,000 acre, 2,000 unit Development. Total construction budget was $100million.

- My responsibilities included control of all estimating and expenses for a project budget, hiring of all sub-contractors and consultants, overall project management/coordination, scheduling, leading overall design, permitting and installation, assisting in project marketing & Sales, CDD & HOA formation and coordination, and the acquisition and due-diligence of additional land.

Bonita Bay Group, Bonita Springs, Fl Jan. 2002– Oct. 2004

New Development Manager / Acquisitions

-I managed the process for new acquisitions, entitlement and permitting of new residential properties, managing consultants in Comprehensive Plan amendments, re-zoning, and review of new land to be purchased, including full due-diligence studies.

Project Manager

-I oversaw overall project management, cost control and budgeting, as well as coordination of consultants and contractors, for multiple properties, 200 – 1,500 unit planned golf course developments, and associated amenities structures. My duties include estimating, expense/cost control, contracting and overseeing utility, sitework, and landscape and other contractors, as well as coordinating architects, engineers, landscape and golf architects and vertical builders.
