Project: ChartNav
ChartNav is the application used for creating projects for MRA and CRA for various clients. For a specific project, various coders (MR coders) will work on the medical record images coming in from various clients like Anthem, Aetna, Humana and Coventry. Coders will code for the diagnosis, add new diagnosis and will check if the MR image requires any attestation from the doctors. They can fail an MR image if they find something wrong in the diagnosis received or for any if the member conditions fail for an image. A chart will go through multiple reviews like first pass coding, second pass coding, and submission review before it is marked as completed and ready to be used for billing purposes.
