Championed employee safety commitee. Implemented employee safety awareness and audit programs resulting in a 15% decrease in work related injuries within the first year.
Implemented a Laser Beam array diminensional measurement system for incoming logs. This enabled the tracking of incoming logs individually for size and length, which resulted in maximum efficient cuts per log for stud or diminsoinal lumber.
