Manufacturing Supply Chain Management Distribution Center Management

Maintain and administer New Hires and Exit Interviews.

Administer workers compensation program consisting of processing documentation, conducting investigations, maintain OSHA log, communicate between injured associate, management, company clinic, broker, and workers compensation carrier.

Administer quarterly and annual Affirmative Action Plan.

Approve, process, and monitor all LOA.

Review all individual associate unemployment and disability claims to determine eligibility and follow up on claims for unemployment to maintain penalties at a minimum.

Represent the corporation at unemployment, mediation and arbitration hearings.

Maintain associate personnel files in line with government regulations.

Maintain 1-9 files in compliance.

Coordinate temporary staffing through onsite/outside agencies.

Coordinate and conduct annual associate events such as, health fair, flu shots, and yearly company party.

Payroll Processing

-Managed and maintain all payroll functions, such as: process and submit, systems, audits, adjustments, new hire time set up, and sort and distribution of payroll checks.
