-Under the direction of Dr. Ari Schwell ( Director of the Emergency Department from 2002-2016) I analyzed STD, Infectious Disease and Radiology Data for discrepancies, contacted the identified patients for follow up, set up follow up with proper treating medication, and schedule after care appointments if needed.

** I was the Head Unit Clerk on the Behavioral Units ( PM4 and C4 Acute Extended Psych) from 01/2014 – 01/2016 **

-Responsible for the complete re-design of both units filing systems, the units hard medical record tracking system, and units supplies systems.

-Assured that all proper patient identification and proper documentation are followed by unit’s employees. This includes the complete chart documentation, identification bands, vital signs, etc.

-Processed all the orders for physician consults, diagnostic tests/procedures, diets, and therapy.

-Processed all pre certifications and referrals for all diagnostic tests, blood draws, and therapies.

-Scheduled all Outpatient Testing appointments, all patient/staff off site appointments and correlating transportation to a d from campus.

-Kept an up to date system tracking our patient’s commitment papers, the expiration of said papers, and Behavioral Health court for the patients.
