DTMF Based Industrial and Home Automation: Embedded Systems based project. Designed an Industrial and Home automation equipment which can facilitate remote access to various appliances. This can be used in remote areas where there is less availability of man power.

Touch screen and ZigBee based personal assistance for dumb and illiterates in airlines: Embedded Systems based project. Designed a device which can assist dumb and illiterates in airlines. It consists of a touch screen and a ZigBee module. Based on the pictures displayed the passenger, even without knowledge of the language can make his choice and send a request to the airhostess.

Lossless Compression of Encrypted sources using Slepian-Wolf coding. Image processing based resolution progressive compression scheme which compresses an encrypted image progressively in resolution.

An effective renovation approach for improving the image quality. Developed algorithms for the reconstruction of images with improved quality.

Real Time Vehicle Locking and Tracking System using GSM and GPS Technology-An Anti-Theft System: This project deals with the design & development of a theft control system for an automobile, which is being used to prevent/control the theft of a vehicle. The developed system makes use of an embedded system based on Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) technology.

Design of an Antenna for a Wireless Sensor Network for Trains: An antenna for a wireless sensor network for trains is designed and built. The network will monitor temperature and vibrations of the wheel bearings on the train wagons. Doing this will allow for an earlier detection of damaged wheels, which will ease planning of maintenance and reduce wear on the rails considerably.

An Efficient VLSI Architecture for Removal of Impulse Noise in Image Using Edge Preserving Filter: A research based project. Efficient VLSI Architecture for Removal of Impulse Noise in Image using edge preserving filter, to achieve low-complexity VLSI architecture and employ a decision-tree-based impulse noise detector to detect the noisy pixels, and an edge preserving filter along with mathematical morphological filter to reconstruct the intensity values of noisy pixels.
