The thesis proposes a simulation model in making scheduling policy decisions based on organizational context and priorities. It also explores the consequences of various development policies.

The thesis majorly focused on developing an application which allowed the Project Manager to apply scheduling policies based on the resources available.

The results produced by my application helps the Manager make a well analyzed decision saving valuable resources and avoiding bad decisions.
