THESIS:
Simulating Quality Enhancement with Selected Replacement Policies August 2011 – May 2013
The thesis proposes a simulation model in making scheduling policy decisions based on organizational context and priorities. It also explores the consequences of various development policies.
The thesis majorly focused on developing an application which allowed the Project Manager to apply scheduling policies based on the resources available.
The results produced by my application helps the Manager make a well analyzed decision saving valuable resources and avoiding bad decisions.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Won 2nd place and a cash prize of $5000 in the Idea U State Competition held by the University of Kentucky April 2011
