Primarily designed and built a device to extract oxygen and silicon from lunar soil using a high-temperature atmosphere-controlled convective oven. This project required slip casting a thin-walled complex apparatus out of the radioactive material thorium dioxide thereby providing first-hand experience in handling radioactive material.
