Salesforce Data Migration: This project involves migrating CITI customer and account information from North America Retail (Consumer) Bank product enhanced by the Pershing CPWM data into the Salesforce platform. The extraction and the transformation of the data is done on Mainframes and the loading of the files into Salesforce is done using the Talend ETL tool. All the Salesforce environments are created within the SalesForce.Com Cloud. The Salesforce Cloud is an SSO enabled public cloud. Skyhigh is used to encrypt the confidential information / data on Salesforce and this is an on-Premise Implementation. This project is aimed at creating a single 360 view of the customer and account information for both retail and brokerage accounts that are required for bankers to search the customer, accounts and run reports on them on the Salesforce side.

Rainbow Product Processor Conversion: This project involves converting accounts from North America Retail (Consumer) Bank product to Rainbow Product processor platform such as IMPACS, ALS, HX, Rewards, Pricing, Combined Statements. This project aims to create a global client-centric approach to end-to-end product delivery from origination to steady state operations, thereby improving timeliness, efficiency, quality of delivery and customer satisfaction. Across the world, Rainbow amongst other things has delivered the ability to better serve our customers through a single 360 view, account profiling and processing, broadened the range of wealth management products and driven consistency in platforms within EMEA and Asia. The Rainbow product processor platform was designed to ensure that the migration was seamless and impact to business was kept minimal.
Jun’13 – Aug’13 Technology Analyst, Citibank, Long Island City, NY

Created RFCs (Request for Change) every week to support the RSM pilots for the required branches.

Financial Center RSM Entitlement - This process dealt with the pilots of branches with RSM – Rainbow service manager. There was a regional rollout as well as national rollout of branches with the pilots RSM01 and RSM02. This was done on a weekly basis for a particular selection of branches every week to have the pilots RSM01 and RSM02 attached to them to perform the RSM functionality.

Validation of data in the Eclipse 360 screen (front end screen) of Citibank

Parameters - In this system, work was related to the Eclipse 360 screen which was the update of the Citibank branch information such as the Region, Area, Branch, Department and User. Any update to any of these parameters such as Address, Branch name, Department Code, User ID, email address etc. This also required the cleanup of all the tables in order to be in synch with the master data of Citibank.

Book of Business - The Book of Business is a proactive sales and servicing tool that was the focal point for driving effective sales and service management by the frontline. The Book of business screen is accessible only to the managers and to the people above in the hierarchy.
RMS (Relationship management system) created the Foundational Data, Household Data and Aggregate data for Book of business.
All the data was processed by RMS and the household and aggregate data files are transmitted to Citiplanner end. Latest foundational file was picked up by an application GCIF (Global Citi banking Interactive facility) and was uploaded to their database.
In the client list screen, we can see the entire list of customers. By clicking on the Customer name, it will take us to the Eclipse E360 screen in which the customer can view his details like balance, Date of Birth, branch, etc.
The Household data refers to details at the household level. It aggregates the balance of all GCIF IDs which are grouped under the same household number. It also contains records for address, contact information, offers available, last contact date, banker’s information like SOE ID.
Aggregate data preparation helps the user to obtain the data dynamically where the data will be stored in either the Dashboard chart definition table or the Household and client list definition table.
